By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the dk99 platform — including but not limited to sports betting via the Betting and Bet sections, casino games in the Game Lobby, fish games, slots, and the dk99 mobile App — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

To register and use a dk99 account you must meet all of the following requirements:

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your dk99 account. This includes every bet placed, every game played, every deposit made and every withdrawal requested — regardless of whether you personally performed the action.

Your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share them with anyone, including family members and friends. dk99 cannot and will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared or inadequately protected your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact dk99 support immediately and request that the account be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated. Report any suspicious activity as soon as you become aware of it.

dk99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity is suspected or confirmed.
• The account appears to be involved in money laundering or other financial crime.
• Verification documents provided are found to be false or misleading.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period with no balance held.

When you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact the dk99 support team. Any pending bets will be settled in the normal way, and any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

dk99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of active payment options is displayed within your dk99 account.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may be returned. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your dk99 account within a few minutes, though delays can occur due to circumstances outside dk99's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal is approved, identity verification will be required. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few business hours once verification is complete. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank.

Withdrawal conditions: Any deposit that has been matched with a bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before completing the required wagering will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts and verified payment methods.
• dk99 does not charge internal fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Requests to withdraw to a different payment method than that used for deposit require additional verification.
• dk99 reserves the right to request the source of funds for large withdrawal requests before processing.

Sports betting on dk99 — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other available markets — is subject to the following rules. These rules apply to all bet types including singles, accumulators, in-play bets and any special promotional markets.

Bet placement: A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation from the dk99 platform stating that the bet has been accepted. Bets that do not receive a confirmation — for example due to a connection failure or session timeout — should be treated as unplaced until confirmed. Check your bet history if in doubt.

Odds: The odds displayed at the time you place your bet are the odds that will apply to your wager, subject to the exceptions listed below. For in-play betting, odds move in real time and the price at the moment of confirmation is the price that counts.

Void bets: dk99 reserves the right to void any bet — returning the stake to your account — in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed at an obviously incorrect price caused by a system or human error.
• The match, event or market is cancelled, abandoned or otherwise cannot reach a valid result.
• Evidence emerges of match manipulation, spot-fixing or any other corrupt activity relating to the event.
• A technical fault caused a bet to be accepted under incorrect conditions.

Cricket and PSL specific rules: For PSL franchise matches and international cricket, the match must reach a minimum number of overs as defined by the relevant governing body for the result to be considered valid for betting purposes. Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results and super overs are all treated in accordance with the applicable cricket governing body's official determination of the match result, unless dk99's specific market rules state otherwise.

Accumulator bets: If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided for any of the reasons listed above, the void leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs are settled at adjusted odds. An accumulator with all legs voided will have the full stake returned.

All casino games available in the dk99 Game Lobby — including slots, live casino tables, fish games and all other titles — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, with real dealers and real physical equipment streamed in real time. The integrity of outcomes across all games is maintained through independent testing and certification by the respective game providers.

The return to player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is set by the game provider and is consistent with the provider's published specifications for that title. dk99 does not manipulate RTP settings. Fish games involve an element of skill in targeting but ultimate outcomes are determined by the game system.

• Malfunction of any casino game voids all plays and associated wagers for the affected round. Stakes are returned.

• Live casino game results are determined by the live dealer and physical equipment; any dispute must be raised within 24 hours of the session.

General bonus conditions that apply to all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction or cooling-off period applied to your account.
